According to sources, the renowned brand Royal Enfield has launched three new motorcycle models in Panama. This move has given a push to India’s manufacturing and export footprint in Latin America. It highlights the growing commercial ties between New Delhi and Central America. In a post on X, the Indian embassy in Panama, Nicaragua and Costa Rica stated that Ambassador Sumit Seth has rolled out three new Royal Enfield models in Panama City. The new Royal Enfield bikes are the Goan Classic 350, Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition and Classic 650. It reflects India’s broader strategy of positioning its manufacturing sector overseas. Panama has been categorised as a strategically fascinating market for Indian manufacturers since its open-based economy and dollar-based pricing system are appropriate. Moreover, the embassy noted these factors make it an affordable and accessible market to show Royal Enfield production. Furthermore, Central America are one of the leading destinations where the brand can get good Royal Enfield prices. Undoubtedly, the Royal Enfield, one of the world’s oldest motorcycle brands and involved in continuous production since 1901. Now, it has been expanding the Royal Enfield supply globally in recent years.
